How much are my three American Girl Dolls worth?
I have 3 American girl dolls that I dont want. How much are they worth?
Kirsten-Used has faded hair and a cloudy eye. Comes with an outfit-Boots skirt and white shirt.
Samantha-Lightly used-No ribbon, but original outfit.
Mia-Perfect condition, with original outfit, and nightgown.
How much are they worth individually?
Sorry, samantha is the one with the nightgown-not Mia.
I also have 2-3 pairs of shoes, hair accessories(hairdresser apron, curlers, hairpick and hair tips and tricks book) and some outfits too. Im selling all that seperate from the dolls
I dont have any boxes and mia has her original hair style, kirsten has a stamp by her ear?
Hi there.
First off, it helps to know if any of them have their boxes, if Samantha or Kirsten have the Pleasant Company stamp on the back of their necks, if their hair is in the original style they came in, if the other clothes/ accessories are official American Girl and if the sets and outfits are complete.
Now, i did a little research on the dolls, here is what i came up with:
Samantha: She is retired, as you might know, but since there are so many dolls up for sale, they don’t go for as much as you bought them. She can go for at least $60.00, it depends on if she meets any of the criteria i posted above. Even if she does have the Pleasant Company stamp, has her box, and her original hair style, she most likely can’t go for more than $87.00- $90.00.
Kirsten: She is also retired. I can’t find very many auctions that has a Doll in the condition yours is in. She is worth about $30- $40 dollars. Not very much, considering the condition shes in and that she doesn’t have her original outfit.
Mia: She is a girl of the year, obviously retired. Mia is worth a bit more than the others. She is worth at the least $80, if she has her box, about $110, $120.
It depends about the other lot you are selling. It depends on if it’s real AG or not. If it is, it could go for maybe $100, but that’s roughly spoken because it varies.
Some other tips include that, when selling your dolls/ lots, make sure you be honest, be very descriptive, and add lots of pictures. Also, American Girl dolls, like all toys, do better around Christmas time, so if you want to wait, you can do better. And, all of these prices i have here are on how things are going now. They can change at any time, going in down price or up! It all depends.
