Ice cream make just freezes ingrediants against the cannister walls?
I bought an ice cream maker (deni model 5200). It seems that everytime i try to make a different recipe, all it does is freezes the ingrediants against th walls within minutes, and just keeps a soupy middle, until the blade in the middle jams and stop rotating. I tried adding ice to my ingrediants in order to make it extra cool but no luck….
any tips?
I would stop the ice cream maker, spatula down the sides every once in a while.
