ok so my friend Kailey met this girl online. And they’ve been talking for a while, and theyve talked on the phone and stuff, and shes 2 years older than Kailey..but when they first started talking, kailey didnt like know that they were actually gonna become friends so she lied about her age cuz she said she was a year older than she actually is. And they r going to meet soon bcuz like their parents planned it out and stuff so now kailey doesnt know what to do bcuz when kailey and her meet, she doesnt know what to do bcuz the other girl thinks that kaileys a year older than she actually is. and i told her to just tell her the truth about her age, but she said that she cant now bcuz shes been lying about it since they first started talking…. so what do u think she should do? and what do u think the chances r of the other girl finding out?? thanks for answering! bcuz i cant stand to see her miserable anymore!!!
It’s only 1 year. I agree with the others saying to tell her the truth, but to be honest it’s a little late for that. Your friend can just say she just turned whatever age she said she was. And not everyone changes that much from one year to the next, so it’s not like she’s 14 pretending to be 17.
