have an american girl Doll question..I have 2 girls, almost 3 and 5?
i want to buy them an american Girl Doll, ittythey do not have any yet. Do you think I should get my 5 year old the Just Like me doll and my younger one the Bitty Baby, or should i get the bitty to twins and they could each get one. I am new to American Girl Dolls but love them already, any help would be appreciated!
yes itty was a misspelling sorry-lol I am leaning towards the bitty twins b/c one of my daughters is blonde and 1 brunette and I can pick the 2 combinations which is really cute! But great advice so far-thanks~
I think that both are too young for a Just Like You (which are now known as My American Girl, which come with a code for an online works, further details on http://www.americangirl.com/
If it were me, I’d get Bitty Twins. You get 2 for $95 and you can get them in any combo you want, not just 1 girl and 1 boy. Then you can get two girls and give 1 to each of them. Then that also gives them the opprotunity to play together and you can spend the money you saves on accessories and such they might want for their dolls. There’s also the possibility of getting the 5-year-old the Bitty Twins and the 3-year-old a Bitty Baby. Hope this helps amd I’m congratulations om introducing your girls to American Girl!
EDIT: Did you know that Bitty Baby clothes also fit the Bitty Twins? It’s because they’re both 15 inches tall. They have made many new things for the Bitty Twins recently as well/
